Photo Editing Internship

Aurora's Photo Editing Internship offers a great opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a career in picture editing. A minimum amount of experience in photography or photo editing and digital imaging skills are required. Candidates must have strong computer skills, be detail oriented, love photography, and be able to multi-task in a high-paced environment.

The photo editing intern is immersed in the daily flow of images coming into Aurora from contributing photographers and partners, as well as material going out to clients, foreign agents and distribution partners. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing and editing material from partner agencies
  • Contacting contributors and following up on submissions
  • Assisting Aurora's production team in getting new work into the archive
  • Assisting Aurora's sales team in doing photo research for clients
  • Identifying sets of images to feature in Aurora's HTML marketing efforts

Aurora offers 3 seasonal internships annually:
